A deadlock in a primary database interrupted two key services. Our team immediately became aware of the issue and began to investigate. After identifying the root causes and implementing solutions, the impacted services returned to normal at 11:03 AM PDT.

We’re very sorry for the disruption on such an important day for many of our clients. We’re taking significant measures to prevent anything like this from happening again.
