Scheduled - On Thursday, November 8th, at 1:30am PST, we'll be conducting maintenance on Subsplash Giving for about an hour. During this time, both the donor interface and client dashboard will be unavailable. However, all recurring donations will process as usual.

Resolved - We experienced a 18 minute disruption to the SnapPages websites. During this time, anyone trying to sign-in to manage a SnapPages site or view an existing site URL experienced an error message. Our team quickly identified the error, implemented a fix and are investigating the underlying cause.

Resolved - We've resolved the remaining fill-in-notes issue and have completed satisfactory testing of all systems that were affected. Everything is healthy and nominal at this time. Monitoring - We've taken actions that we believe have resolved the issues with analytics, push notifications, and Subsplash end-user login. We are currently testing and monitoring the situation to ensure this is the case as well as continuing to work on Fill-in-notes. We'll follow up with more details when we're certain the issues are 100% resolved, but for now we seem to be on our way out of the woods.

Identified - In addition to the previously mentioned issues, the Subsplash Fill-in-Notes tool is also currently inaccessible for clients and end-users. We have identified the root cause of these issues and expect to resolve them soon.

Investigating - Our engineering team has informed us of an issue with analytics and push notifications. At this time, it appears that analytics and push notifications are both unavailable in the Subsplash Dashboard. End-users may also be unable to log in to their Subsplash accounts on mobile apps. However, app content and other functionality should be unaffected. We'll update you soon with more information.

Resolved - A discrepancy between our test and production environments caused a small CSS issue to be missed until it was in production. This prevented clients from logging into the Subsplash Giving Dashboard for about 15-20 minutes. The issue has been resolved, and we'll be working to sort out that discrepancy. Monitoring - A fix has been implemented, the Dashboard is back up, and we are monitoring the results. We'll post again later when we've confirmed that the issue is permanently resolved and understand more about the cause.

Investigating - Our Subsplash Giving Dashboard is currently inaccessible for many clients. We are investigating and will update here when we know the cause. Donors who wish to give via Subsplash Giving are unaffected by this issue.

Resolved - Between 10:30-10:37am PDT on October 31st, 2018, one of our content list services was unavailable due to a permissions issue. We quickly restarted the service and solved the permissions issue. During those 7 minutes, some content lists in most mobile apps, web apps, and TV apps were inaccessible to end users.
